The
sindh province has number of famous and historical
places and kamber is one of such prominent place
connecting Sindh with Balochistan.The chandika
distinction is also known after the historical chandio
tribe of this Pargana. The area covering plains, mighty
mountainous range of Kheerthar, deserts and vast
agricultural lands is witness to the countless anecdotes
of historical value, number of wetlands and permanent
adobe of several archaeological monuments.
District Kamber-Shahdadkot @ Kamber is established in
December 2004, separated from district Larkana . Total
area of District is 5475 Sq K.M. It is bounded on west
by Khuzdar & Jhal Magsi Districts of Balochistan
Province, on eastern side is Larkana District, Jacobabad
& Jafarrabad Districts are situated on northern side &
southern side is bounded, with Dadu District.
